To schedule an appointment for DNA/Paternity testing please contact the West Virginia Child Support Office at (304) 372-7885. - Pregnancy Testing
No appointment necessary, but a nurse must be on site. Please call ahead to check for nurse availability. Proof of pregnancy, prenatal vitamins, & referrals are provided with a positive pregnancy test. - Urine Drug Screening
This service is completed on a contractual basis only. Please contact our office to learn more for your business or agency.
Immunizations
We are anticipating the arrival of flu shots soon!
We are planning to begin giving flu shots to the public on Monday, October 2, 2017. Flu shots will be available from 8:00 - 3:30pm on a first come first serve basis.

Having a flu consent form DOES NOT guarantee you a flu vaccination. Please bring the completed form and your insurance card. Flu shots will be given while supplies last. Consent forms will also be available at the office.
